Waggoners’ Benefice
St Mary’s Thixendale is one of six parishes which make up the Waggoners’ Benefice, the others being Fridaythorpe, Fimber, Sledmere, Cowlam and Wetwang. We are currently in an interregnum, maintaining services with the help of curate Reverend Ian Mackarill, Bishop David Lunn, former bishop of Sheffield, readers John and Katharine Chapman, visiting clergy and laity.
